My neighbor Kevin has consistently been an entrepreneur, however after he graduated college, he had his own advertising supplier that he successfully ran for 10 years, however so, you can imagine how surprised I was when he mentioned that he wanted to become a real estate agent. After his successful advertising career, the last thing I expected him to do was to transport into real estate! But over the years, he developed a love for the industry after he received a few properties along the way, though this is a serious change for him, I must say that he is fully committed to being a real estate agent. A real estate agent is a licensed professional, who helps clients with the buying and selling of properties. Some of the jobs include providing clients with expert comprehension and advice, search for potential properties for sale, help with price negotiations and paperwork and the closing process, then in order to fully become a licensed agent, Kevin had to labor for a real estate broker for a certain amount of time before he could labor independently. It’s been a couple of years now, and he is doing quite well. In fact, when I needed to sell my property and purchase another, I used Kevin as my real estate agent, and he was able to negotiate the best possible deal for me; Just like his advertising dealer, I have no doubt that Kevin will succeed in the real estate industry! Undoubtedly, he has proven to be successful in whatever he has set out to do.
