The AC worked better after I cleaned the air filters
I had the machine for a whole month and I never bothered to clean any of the three air filters on the machine
I bought a portable air conditioning system for the garage. There was a sale at the hardware store on all of the AC units from the previous season and I snagged a portable air conditioning system for less than $400. The AC unit is made for rooms up to 200 ft and the garages much less space. Even with all of the cracks and crevices and the space under the door, the AC unit still does a pretty good job of keeping the room nice and cold. I use the AC unit all during june. I had a couple of projects that I worked on in the garage. I signed up my tool bench with the screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers. I could feel the cold air from the AC behind me and it felt great. In July, the AC didn’t work as well. I was upset when the temperature inside of the garage was warm. The AC unit was struggling to keep up with the temperature. I looked through the booklet for the machine and I found out that there are air filters that needed to be cleaned. I had the machine for a whole month and I never bothered to clean any of the three air filters on the machine. Once I cleaned the air filters and got rid of the dust and dirt, the Machine worked like it was brand new. Now that I know there are air filters on the side of the AC unit, I will be sure to clean them more frequently. I will certainly get more longevity out of the machine if I take care of it properly.
