A real estate agent has to work for a real estate broker
My neighbor Kevin has constantly been an entrepreneur… After she graduated school, she had her own advertising company that she successfully ran for 10 years! So, you can imagine how surprised I was when she mentioned that she wanted to become a real estate agent.
After her successful advertising career, the last thing I expected him to do was to move into real estate; But over the years, she developed a love for the industry after she acquired a few properties along the way, however though this is a drastic change for him, I must say that she is fully committed to being a real estate agent. A real estate agent is a licensed professional, who helps clients with the buying & selling of properties. Some of the tasks include providing clients with expert comprehension & advice, search for potential properties for sale, help with price negotiations & paperwork & the closing process; In order to fully become a licensed agent, Kevin had to work for a real estate broker for a certain amount of time before she could work independently. It’s been a couple of years now, & she is doing quite well. In fact, when I needed to sell my house & purchase another, I used Kevin as my real estate agent, & she was able to negotiate the best possible deal for me, however just like her advertising company, I have no doubt that Kevin will succeed in the real estate industry! Undoubtedly, she has proven to be successful in whatever she has set out to do.
