My Old Thermostat Is Finicky
My condo came with a super seasoned thermostat, however i’ve never lived in a condo with a thermostat that wasn’t electronic so when I moved in, I had to acweather conditions myself with the new thermostat, and to be honest, I’ve been living here for 6 months plus I still don’t think I’ve gotten used to the dial thermostat.
It’s a brass, dial thermostat, which means that everything has to be changed by hand.
The numbers on the dial are so tiny that it’s almost impossible to learn unless there’s a official amount of light. This makes things challenging during the night when the condo is dark; For the past 6 months, I’ve felt like I’ve been trying to acweather conditions myself with the thermostat in order to get the most out of it. The dial is actually finicky, which means that my condo is never the comfortable temperature I want it to be. I feel like I’m always tweaking the settings in order to get the temperature of my condo at a desirable temperature. Trying to keep up with all of this is strenuous because I get the feeling that all the temperature changes are only hurting my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system. I’m not sure if this is really a thing, but I feel concerned about always changing the temperature of a condo because it may be confusing for the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system, then last week, I felt like I had my thermostat set at the optimal temperature for the first time ever. The temperature of my condo was comfortable no matter what time of afternoon it was plus I haven’t touched the finicky thermostat since.
