Small Houses and High Humidity

I can’t tell you how much I definitely adore cooking! When I was a child, I cooked alongside my mother. There were seven youngsters in the family and six of them were boys, so there typically had to be plenty of food at each meal. I remember spending hours in the kitchen each afternoon preparing for meals and baking delicious desserts. I have never honestly stopped cooking since I was a girl… When my fiance and I were first married, it was just him and me, and I cooked like there was an army coming over for dinner. My friend and I ended up having five children of our own, so there was typically someone to cook for! Now that my youngsters are grown, I spend most of my afternoons cooking for elderly people in our church plus an orphanage in our town. The only trouble I have now a afternoons is the humidity that cooking creates in my house, however because it’s just my fiance and me, we decided to move into a small, cozy home. It honestly works fantastic for us in every way except for when I’m cooking. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I’m steaming something on the stove or baking something in the oven, the dwelling typically gets easily boiling and humid. To try and solve this problem, my fiance bought a dehumidifier and runs it 24/7 in the kitchen. I have noticed a slight difference, but nothing significant. My fiance says he thinks if he buys one more it will do the trick. I hope he’s right because I’ve about had it with the humidity.
