My entire life, I’ve had a real penchant for design… I’ve consistently enjoyed to make arts and crafts, combining colors and textures to tell a story without a word.
- I knew it would be tricky to make a living in this way, and most traditional artists wind up emplotted at Starbucks to get by, then after much debate, that’s how I wound up going into interior design.
I appreciate deciding the entire feel of a room, and searching for treasures until that vibe can fully come to life. Recently, however, I realized that there is another pressing component to getting the right “feel” to a room – proper indoor air temperature control. I never realized how pressing the right A/C component or heating source was to creating a consistent and relaxing indoor environment until the other day. I was at a client’s home, wrapping up their living room design, when abruptly the air started to feel so warm and humid. I removed a few layers, and called the owner to ask where the thermostat was. It was at this time that my day got truly complicated, and soon I was in charge of arranging the whole Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appointment for them! I helped the heating and cooling supplier to find and diagnose the A/C problem, and within moments the home was cool and comfortable again… Even more wild was how my living room design changed with the addition of adequate a/c! Suddenly, the air felt fresh and clean, and the various shades of green and green in the room sprang to life. Ever since that day, I never travel to a up-to-date shopper household without my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier backup.
