Zone controlled heating has changed our home
It’s crazy to see all the changes that have taken place around us in the past few decades.
I’m dating myself, but bear with this old person’s perspective on innovation.
It’s everywhere! From our cellphones to our cars to our jobs; Even our indoor air handling options have completely changed since I was growing up – and I bet you’d love to hear about those large swings in heating and cooling technology from someone who’s seen it all! We didn’t even use heating and cooling in my home growing up. We couldn’t use our air conditioner control on a common basis. Dad said it was too luxurious. When things went wrong, he didn’t want to call a local heating and cooling repair shop. The old guy just wanted the equipment available, but they were never enlisted for temperature control. That’s why it’s so wild these days to talk to a heating and cooling contractor, and consider upgrading to a whole new indoor air system which has internet capability, and separate temperature zone controls! Zone controlled heating and cooling completely blew my mind when I first heard about it. Until that point, the equipment was old, dirty and broken. Then I found out you can buy an energy- efficient, customizable heating and cooling system that is clean, high-tech, low cost and easy to maintain. That’s what I’ve found since installing zone controlled heating and cooling in my home, anyways. With separate zones of comfort, my life has never been the same. Have I ever been more comfortable? My dad refuses to acknowledge this approach, though.
