The sun was heating up my home
I am the kind of person that loves the sun and the sunshine, but as of recently, the sun has been causing me nothing problems.
First is when I went outside and got a pretty nasty sunburn.
I accidentally fell asleep while reading outside and lost track of time. When I woke up, I realized how red I was but by then it was too late. Now my skin hurts and feels heated. As if that is not bad enough, the heating sensation won’t go away so now I am stuck feeling hot all of the time. It is in the 80s outside, and it just feels so hot. Even with the A/C, I still feel overheated. Another issue is that I can’t leave my windows open without the sun heating up my home even more. I always loved keeping my windows for a breath of fresh air, but since that causes my home to heat up, I can’t do that either. It is just so frustrating, because I feel like all I can do is stay inside my house until my sunburn goes away. I have been keeping my windows closed so that way my air conditioner won’t have to work harder to cool my home. I guess I will have to stay inside my air conditioned home until it either cools down, or until my sunburn goes away. At least my cooling machine does make me feel slightly cooler and comfortable in my home. I can’t imagine not having my HVAC system right now.
