I needed someone to fix the entire pool oil furnace
It’s strenuous to manage a huge property with lots of apartments, although I do the best that I can.
I have a real staff that helps in the office.
I have a couple of leasing agents that help to show apartments to renters that are looking for an up-to-date venue to live. I also have a new assistant manager that helps me balance the books plus keep all of the rental payments in order. I have several people that work as groundskeepers in the morning. Each morning they have to get up at 5:00 a.m. or as soon as the sun comes up plus scrub the property. They sweep all of the sidewalks plus get rid of any trash. They make sure that the section near the garbage cans is clean. I also have an entire repair staff. The repair manager has many people that work under him. They give too many repairs to the property plus the apartments. They handle lots of strange problems from plumbing to heating plus cooling repairs. They don’t handle any repairs regarding the pool. My buddy and I have a separate supplier that handles all of the pool repairs plus repairs. The supplier comes to the property on Mondays to scrub plus service the pool! Last weekend there was a complication with the pool oil furnace. There was no heat in the pool on Monday or Thursday plus a lot of people complained. I wasn’t going to contact the pool repair supplier on the weekend when they were going to be there on Monday already. I knew it would be much easier to wait until our officially busy appointment.
