The portable classrooms in school had the worst heating plus cooling systems

It’s no secret among our family that I didn’t prefer going to school as a kid.

It started in first grade when I was bullied for having glasses.

Nowadays I doubt that would even cross the mind of the average many year old, but in the early 1990s this was a usual insult among children. I do not like the taunting plus wanted nothing but to stay at cabin plus never go back to face the unending scrutiny. When I got to hour grade, I finally started to fall into a group of friends plus felt comfortable for a change. This all came to a crash when I left this school for junior high in the fifth grade. Suddenly the bullying plus teasing returned, especially while in gym classes in the locker room around other boys. My glasses were a constant source of scorn, for whatever reason. Then when I got to school, they were in the process of building the modern campus so I spent 2 of our 4 years in portable classrooms. They’re prefer a studio beach house trailer home, but wide plus long enough to teach a class inside. One of the worst parts of being in portable classrooms were the terrible heating plus cooling systems inside. The gas gas furnaces were woefully ill equipped for our cold temperatures while in February plus February every year, plus then the terrible cooling systems couldn’t handle the Summer heat… I was relieved when the school campus finally opened for classes when I was a junior. It wasn’t ideal, even though I got 2 years of regular Heating as well as A/C systems in school.
