Helped the lady with the air con
My neighbor has been having trouble with her air conditioning unit. She’s a genuinely nice older lady that is usually doing good things for the community. She was having trouble with her air conditioning unit and could not afford to have it fixed, and so I felt like I had to help her out some. This is especially true because I am a heating/cooling worker, and I’ve been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for the better part of 22 years now. She knew I was something, however I do not think she knew that I was a heating and air conditioning helper. When I went over to her home and knocked on her door, I asked her if she was looking to have her air conditioning repaired. She told me yes, so I said I’d be willing to fix her air conditioning unit for free because she’s such a nice person. She seemed surprised and asked me if I was a heating expert, and I told her I was and that I worked for a Heating, Ventilation, and air conditioning business. She was very happy when I offered to take care of her air conditioning unit, and then she told me that the problem was that it was no longer producing any cool air. She would put her hand in front of the air duct, and only warm air was blowing out. She was very nervous that this was something serious, however I took a look at her air conditioning unit and it was in perfect condition. All that it needed was some more coolant. Luckily, because I am a heating as well as AC pro, I was able to get some and as soon as I added it to her air conditioning system it was ice cool once again. She was cheerful when she felt the nice cold air. Now she could relax and enjoy her house again without having to feel so hot all of the time.
