The commercial roofing company has great customer service

I had to have the roof replaced on my business a few months ago.

Having the roof replaced was expensive, but I looked around for the best price.

I also looked for a company that would have great reviews. I didn’t want a cheap place that wouldn’t do quality work. I found a local commercial contractor to handle the job. I got a bill in the mail for all of the charges and the roofing company gave me 90 days to pay for all the repairs. I thought that was very generous. I can’t even get that kind of credit at the bank and I have been doing business with them for fifteen years. I made the last payment for the commercial roofing replacement and the next month I got an additional bill. I was surprised by the bill, because I thought that I was completely paid. I called the customer service line and waited on hold for nearly ten minutes. The roofing company was busy, so I hung up and tried again later. This time I got someone almost immediately, the lady was very kind and helpful. She looked up my account and asked me to hold for a moment. She came back to the line and apologized for the mix up. She assured me that I didn’t have a bill with the commercial roofing company. The bill was sent out in error.The customer service lady made me feel much better. I was worried that I might still have a balance, but she told me that everything was paid up in full.
