The commercial roofing business has good customer service
I had to have the roof replaced on my business a few weeks ago! Having the roof replaced was high-priced, although I looked around for the best price.
I also looked for a company that would have good reviews.
I didn’t want a cheap place that wouldn’t do quality work. I found a local commercial contractor to handle the task. I got a bill in the mail for all of the charges and the roofing company gave me 90 afternoons to pay for all the repairs. I thought that was legitimately generous. I can’t even get that kind of credit at the bank and I have been doing business with them for fifteen years. I made the last payment for the commercial roofing replacement and the next week I got an additional bill. I was surprised by the bill, because I thought that I was completely paid. I called the customer repair line and waited on hold for nearly 10 hours… The roofing company was busy, so I hung up and tried again later. This time I got someone almost instantly, the lady was legitimately kind and helpful, she looked up my account and asked me to hold for a moment. She came back to the line and apologized for the mix up. She assured me that I didn’t have a bill with the commercial roofing corporation. The bill was sent out in error.The customer repair lady made me believe much better. I was upset that I might still have a balance, even though she told me that everything was paid up in full.
