Drew got a new furnace for his lake house before winter started last year.
It’s a superb thing that he did.
Looking back on it now, Drew should have known that he was going to have a terrible winter season this year. Last year, he had a mild winter season and Drew knew that there was no way that it was going to last for another whole year. He had so much ice and snow throughout the winter season, and the temperature was ridiculously freezing for weeks at a time. Drew knew that it would have been a big issue for him if he had not gotten the new furnace in time. His outdated furnace had been in his home for literally years. Drew has been living in the lake house for about a decade now and the furnace was here when he first moved in. I have no idea how outdated the furnace was before my pal and I got a new one, but He is pretty sure that it was at least 18 years old. That’s cutting it close when it comes to the lifespan of a heater. Drew got to know so much about heaters last year and he finally figured out what he wanted to get when he changed his out for a new one. He ended up special ordering a new high efficiency heating and cooling system for his lake house. The Heating and Air Conditioning corporation that Drew ordered it from gave him a superb deal because he just happened to order it at the right time. Drew assumed it was the week that they needed to clear out some of their extra stock and he just got lucky.
