The commercial roofing worker has great client service
I had to have the roof upgraded on our company a few months ago.
Having the roof upgraded was extravagant, although I looked around for the best price, then i also looked for a contractor that would have great reviews.
I didn’t want a cheap location that would not do quality work. I found a local commercial contractor to handle the task. I got a bill in the mail for all of the charges plus the roofing contractor gave me 90 days to pay for all the repairs. I thought that was genuinely generous. I can’t even get that kind of credit at the bank plus I have been doing company with them for fifteen years. I made the last payment for the commercial roofing upgradement plus the next month I got an additional bill. I was surprised by the bill, because I thought that I was completely paid. I called the client repair line plus waited on hold for nearly more than nine hours. The roofing contractor was busy, so I hung up plus tried again later. This time I got someone almost right away, the lady was genuinely kind plus helpful, she looked up our account plus asked me to hold for a moment. She came back to the line plus apologized for the mix up. She assured me that I didn’t have a bill with the commercial roofing corporation. The bill was sent out in error.The client repair lady made me guess much better. I was concerned that I might still have a balance, but she told me that everything was paid up in full.
