Working out in university in weird ways

Everyone jokes that you gain the freshman 15 in university, however that didn’t happen to me… I have always been good about my fitness.

In school I played volleyball, did cheerleading as well as was a gymnast… When I went to university I did university cheerleading as well as did tumbling on the side when I visited home, however everyday I found a way to workout, then my school had a gym however it was small as well as always crammed with people.

I got legitimately creative on how I worked out, then one of my favorite things to do was go for a run around campus. There were tons of stairs that I could run up as well as down, sometimes I would just do my dorm room stairs if the weather was bad. Typically I would run to the school track as well as go around that a few times. I could then stretch in the grass as well as hold planks, push ups as well as do lay downs. Sometimes I ran the school tennis court as well as would do skips, lunges, hops as well as leaps all down the court; A real treat was when it wasn’t swim season. I would run to the school pool as well as then swim laps in it when there was nobody there. I Could then shower in the locker room as well as be ready for my next class. It was so amazing having access to all weird types of fitness facilities as well as being totally private. I miss being able to do that. My new home gym doesn’t have the same genre of fun. I obviously don’t have that same running route either.
