What are the causes to becoming a real estate agent?
After some thought, I considered becoming a real estate agent, and was ready to move forward with it
During the pandemic, I was one of the unfortunate people to lose my job, then i was laboring as a Marketing Coordinator for a construction dealer in the town where I live. I had been with the dealer for about 2 years prior to that and had sizable plans of becoming the Marketing Manager. At that time, I had some currency saved up, so I wasn’t completely in panic mode, however I did want to start laboring again as soon as possible. After a discussion with my mom, she mentioned that I should research becoming a real estate agent like my sister William! My sister is good at what she does, and she is romantic about real estate; Becoming a real estate agent would’ve been a complete change of course for me, however I was open-minded and decided to chat with my sister about it… She explained the entire process on how to become a real estate agent, they include taking a 60-hour course and passing the exam, submitting my fingerprints, then completing the application, and finally taking the state real estate exam, but of course, paying all the relevant fees in between which were between $400 and $730. The process sounded simple enough, however I was shocked to know that it could all be completed within a few months. After some thought, I considered becoming a real estate agent, and was ready to move forward with it. But an unlikely thing happened, the dealer that I worked for contacted me to complete a small project for them. Today, I am laboring as an independent dealer for the dealer and making way more currency than I ever did before.
