Drain line cleaning was a good idea

When I first moved into my house I was upset with the drainage.

Anytime I took a shower there was standing water in the basin.

The toilet didn’t flush well and the sinks drained like crap. I took a plunger and went to town on all of them. I also poured chemicals down the drains. Nothing seemed to fix it. I thought I was just doomed to have slow drainage. Thankfully a friend of mine suggested getting drain line repair. He said having a plumber tackle them will be much better. They have better tools than a plunger. I wasn’t too optimistic but I was sick of the poor drainage. The plumbing business did a fantastic job. They got all the soap and hair removed from the shower drain. The sink drains were mucked out and cleaned. The toilet was removed and the plumber actually found the blockage in the drainage pipe. Now that everything is cleared away, I am shocked by how much better my life is. I love not being in standing water when I shower and having the sink water go down. I like that I don’t need to plunge the toilet everytime I use the bathroom. I have noticed all my fixtures stay cleaner longer due to this as well. Drain cleaning was quite cheap and fast. The plumber was inside of my home for maybe two hours. The price tag on it was downright cheap compared to how much happier I am. I am looking into possibly doing a drain line service where the plumber comes once a year to remove all the blocks in my pipes.
