Temporary rentals are motivation to own our Heating unit again
This whole process of selling our family lakeside home plus entering a more modern chapter of life has been nothing short of exhilarating but also exhausting.
Finally, my good friend and I are in a rented condo that is maybe a fourth of the floor space that my good friend Ed and I occupied in our family home. But that was by design. However, Ed was not at all pleased with the low quality heating plus air or lack of it. I assume I sort of conveniently forgot just how unreliable plus very inconsistent residential Heating as well as A/C inside plus an condo can be. This was just the exact same way when I was a young man just out of college plus had our first apartment. The Heating as well as A/C unit in our condo is pretty much constantly chopping down. And I have yet to see an Heating as well as A/C expert out here truly fixing anything. Instead, when I call the rental office to gripe and complain that there’s no more air conditioning yet again, I get the same handyman knocking on the front door. I’m not calling this guy out because all he has doing is doing his task. But it’s never so easily fixed. I even called the rental office plus offered to have the Heating as well as A/C experts come out here plus I would pay the difference. But they weren’t biting plus pretty much forbade me to do it behind their backs. So I assume after all the frustration plus energy used to get moved into this smaller space comes with a speed bump. I was hoping to just chill out for a year or so at least. But with Heating as well as A/C situation as it is, our partner Ed plus I are just super motivated to find our modern home for the future a lot sooner.
