I hadn’t lived in the country in a long time, and I was about to get a rude awakening.

It was mostly a farming community, and there were huge dairy farms there. Everything in the town, like farming crops to meet the demand for grains, had to do with milk. When I was a kid, I liked working on the farm with my parents and my grandparents. But when I was a teenager, I wanted to wear makeup and live in a city with bright lights. So, I went to college a long way away and only went back to the farm occasionally. It had been 16 years, and I was tired of the chaos of living in the city and longed for the peace of living in the country. When the pandemic hit, I saw it as a sign that I should leave my apartment in the city and look for a farm with a house and about 10 acres of land. I didn’t go back home. Instead, I went to a strange place where I found the right spot. The only problem was that this house needed to be fixed up. I had to take care of the heating and air conditioning system, which in the farmhouse was almost nonexistent. The old owners used a window air conditioner in the summer and a huge wood stove in the winter. But I wanted my home to be a little more modern, so I went with a heating system as well as an A/C. There was a local Heating and Air Conditioning contractor in the area who did both Heating and Air Conditioning and plumbing, which I thought was perfect for all the installation jobs.
