I finally have a grown up job. For so many years I had a job where I was simply just working paycheck to paycheck. It really was not any good for me at all. It was actually really stressful. Now that I have a grown up job I am working right for salary. It is honestly so amazing. I am going to be able to update my very own house in so many ways. The first thing I want to be able to do is upgrade my HVAC system completely. My HVAC system has been hanging on by a thread for a long time now. It is a simple central air conditioning system. I want to upgrade and get a ductless mini split system with zone control technology. I know someone who has this type of system and they absolutely love it. I go over to their house all of the time and the air in there is so comfortable. They do not have to worry about air ducts being right behind their walls. They also do not have to worry about paying high prices for their heating and cooling. Since they also have zone control technology, then they are allowed to heat or cool only the rooms they want to. They really only use it for the rooms that they use the most. It’s amazing to have that technology and they are paying much less on their energy bills each month than I am right now. I really cannot wait to be able to have the same system. I know it is going to be a huge change for my home.
