A real estate agent wants to labor for a real estate broker
My associate Kevin has always been an entrepreneur.
After he graduated college, he had his own marketing supplier that he successfully ran for 10 years, but so, you can imagine how surprised I was when he mentioned that he wanted to become a real estate agent.
After his successful marketing job, the last thing I expected him to do was to move into real estate. But over the years, he developed a love for the industry after he acquired a few properties along the way, however though this is a severe change for him, I must say that he is fully committed to being a real estate agent. A real estate agent is a licensed professional, who helps purchasers with the buying plus selling of properties. Some of the tasks include providing purchasers with expert proficiency plus advice, search for potential properties for sale, help with price negotiations as well as paperwork plus the closing process; In order to fully become a licensed agent, Kevin had to labor for a real estate broker for a certain amount of time before he could labor independently. It’s been a couple of years now, plus he is doing quite well. In fact, when I needed to sell my house plus purchase another, I used Kevin as my real estate agent, plus he was able to negotiate the best possible deal for me, then just like his marketing supplier, I have no doubt that Kevin will succeed in the real estate industry, then undoubtedly, he has proven to be successful in whatever he has set out to do.
