After it, a roofing company replaced my broken shingles
I live in the southern part of the country plus last year, a terrible storm passed through my town, however there were so multiple down trees, flooding, plus overall disfigurement to different homes in my city! In addition, there was lots of roof disfigurement as well, but after the storm, I found so multiple pieces of shingles that broke off from my roof or from my neighbors’ roofs.
- I had no way of telling if the shingles came from my roof because I wasn’t able to climb up to the top of my house.
And there was no physical evidence of leaks inside! So, I had my roof diagnosed by a licensed roofing company that I found online just to be sure that I had no major disfigurement. The roofing company was able to inspect my roof plus discovered that I was missing a few shingles. I live in a towncabin that has a garage, so I asked them to check the garage roof as well. Turns out there was a leak inside the garage, so the roof needed to be repaired as soon as possible. The nice news is the disfigurement to the roof was so minimal that the roofing company was able to repair the areas where there were missing shingles; Roof repair is not cheap plus luckily, I was able to file a claim plus my insurance covered the majority of the cost, my neighbors also had some roof disfigurement plus they ended up using the same roofing company that I used to repair my shingles. Since then, no more major storms have passed through this area, so my pal and I haven’t had any need for a roofing company, then but if I ever need one, I will be contacting the same supplier.
