Different bloodtypes can react legitimately differently to the same temperature
It never ceases to amaze me how unusual people can be when it comes to their preferences in temperature, then what is it about unusual human bodies that react to hot and cold temperatures differently from one another? I, for example, run like a boiler! Not only am I correctly able to feel comfortable at hot and cold temperatures that make other people cold cold, my body also gives off a lot of heat! My husbandy is amazed at how moderate I consistently am to the touch, however, he is the complete opposite of me, then he is cold when I am perfectly fine.
His hands and feet feel ice cold to the touch, even in moderate and humid weather sometimes, this, of course, leads to going at it with each other concerning the thermostat… At a temperature that is perfect for me, my love’s teeth are chattering… Even when I hug his to give his warmth sometimes, he has still cold, even under thick blankets! Eventually, I will concede to his complaints and turn the thermostat up a degree or two.
That’s usually enough, but with that slight change, suddenly, I’m hot! I still prefer my husbandy to pieces and I’m willing to make that sacrifice. However, I cannot lie when I say that a cooler temperature would legitimately help give me a better night’s rest. At least I started to use a box fan on my side of the bed to keep me cooler, however it’s a shame when you have a entirely nice A/C that you cannot use to its full potential.
