Free air conditioner came with guests
For the past few years I’ve been working very hard on trying to be a more open and welcoming person in all areas of my life.
I have a tendency to come across badly when people meet me, as I’m a natural introvert and generally like to keep to myself unless I have some reason to do otherwise.
I’m just not a happy go lucky people person, and I don’t even understand how that population exists. That’s why I’ve been doing my best now that I live with my boyfriend full time to be friendly and happy whenever he has guests stay at the house. It’s not always easy, but I feel as though I’m doing better. That being said, I never expected that he would bring so many guests home the day that he found an old AC unit on the side of the road. I was finishing up my work day when he excitedly told me about a window air conditioning system that he found downtown, he was extremely excited to bring it home and set it up in our bedroom for extra cool and comfortable air at night. Little did we know, the AC unit was home to a family of mice. Within ten minutes of installing the new cooling system in our window, we heard scrambling around inside the air conditioning device. Soon, pieces of dried grass and dirt were flying out of the air vent in front, and the AC was running very rough and barely producing any cool air. When my boyfriend took the front panel of the cooling device off, a family of rodents promptly scattered all over the house.
