Getting HVAC duct scrubbed after major renovations
When I moved into my current home I did some major renovating.
It had popcorn ceilings in every room of the house.
I scraped all the popcorn, mudded the ceilings as well as sanded. I had a layer of pale white dust all over the locale. I got all my ceilings pale white as well as smooth though. I then sanded all the bifold closet doors as well as painted them, but my partner ripped up the carpet as well as added current brick floors. I sanded our wood walls as well as then painted pale white, and lastly, my partner as well as I ripped down the shower surround, pulled up the floors as well as detached the lavatory closet, now the home is all clean as well as current looking. I realized that everytime our Heating plus Air Conditioning unit turned on there was a good layer of dust all over my surfaces… All that drywall dust got into my Heating plus Air Conditioning unit as well as then deep into my HVAC duct. I knew I needed to hire out HVAC duct cleaning. I called a local company instantly to provide them a scrub, then while the duct cleaning services were there they proposed adding a HVAC duct maintenance plan, and this is to ensure the ducts don’t get any leaks, cracks or dirt throughout the year. They come once a year to just ensure everything is in tip top shape. I do a lot of renovating in my spare time. I figured it was smart to get that HVAC duct maintenance plan. Now I know that my indoor air quality is clean as well as safe to breathe in. I hate the idea of that old drywall dust lingering in there longer than necessary.
