Getting so much value from consistent HVAC maintenance
It’s one thing to cut corners but another thing to be careful with your money.
I’m not into cutting corners any longer.
I tried that approach for a while when I was younger but ultimately, you get what you pay for. And when it comes to the heating and air conditioning in my house, I for sure don’t cut corners. At the same time, I’m not made of money and so I have to make sure that I get the most for every dollar I spend. My wife and I both work inside the commercial HVAC of an office building doing that corporate thing for a paycheck. It may not be the most glamorous thing in the world but it’s a steady paycheck and provides a nice life for us and our family. Plus, we both enjoy nice places as far as our work environment. Both of our offices have zone controlled HVAC and are up on higher floors so we actually get a pretty good view. But neither one of us wants to spend one more second inside the commercial HVAC of our respective offices than we have to. We’d much rather be at home in the comfort of our central air conditioning which is something we can always count on. Our HVAC unit is now almost 20 years old and it’s never given us a single minute of problems. We invested in our residential HVAC when we first had it installed. But we also followed up on that investment with seasonal HVAC maintenance and it has certainly paid off and been an incredible value.
