My hubby and I had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional to our house, helping us choose the right air conditioning system component for our home.
I thought every one of us were just going to order a simple central air conditioning system unit, although I was wrong.
The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional talked about the size of the household, the load every one of us put on the AC unit, and the tonnage, however when she started talking about SEER, I got up to walk away. My hubby grabbed my hand and asked the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech to explain what she meant! She told us that the size of the household will affect how many thermostats will be turned on, and how much power is being used to cool the spaces, load is not just the size of household, however how often people are in and out of the house, When she said tonnage, it is how the air conditioning system units are measured. The higher the loac on the air conditioning system unit, the higher the tonnage needs to be. SEER refers to its energy efficiency. Energy efficiency is how much money you use to pay for the energy to run the air conditioning system unit. The SEER should be over seventeen, however the higher you go, the more energy efficient the AC component will be. My hubby laughed and said the higher the SEER, means the higher the priced on the AC unit. My hubby laughed again when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech smiled, and asked him to deliver him a price and every one of us would deliver them a call. I knew every one of us would buy the energy efficient AC component from this young man, however my hubby constantly took her time when spending money.
