I got stuck messing with that heater

I have l acquired that when buying a house, the seller always tries to screw you; It does not matter if you think the person or you don’t, they want to get the best deal possible for them, but the person will make your life irritated over a few bucks.

It is a horrible process buying a house. I do not like the constant haggling plus nitpicking over small things. The real estate agent just wants to make the largest percentage possible. They are not incentivized to get you a superb deal. They frequently unnecessarily jack up the price plus tell you to bump up your offer when it isn’t needed… How mean is that? When I obtained our house I spent way too much on it because I couldn’t get anyone to work with me. I also had a horrible seller. The guy took everything plus left his garbage! What undoubtedly angered me is that the guy had an ancient wood stove for a minuteary heater. It wasn’t necessary to the house. I tried plus tried to get the guy to remove that oil furnace before the sale. I didn’t want to deal with it. I was willing to spend money more money to not have to deal with that furnace… Nope, the first day I moved in I was greeted by that ugly heater. I ended up having to smash the brick pad it sat on, patch the ceiling it was vented to plus call roofers to remove the stack on the house. I then had to sell the oil furnace to the local HVAC company plus service our family room floor. It was a horrible process that I ended up being stuck with.
