I love a log cabin with custom built furniture
One of my favorite things to do is to rent a cabin in the mountains.
Preferably one that is secluded tucked on the banks of a creek or a lake.
And typically, when I search for a log cabin, I always seek one with custom built furniture. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy high end furniture as well as traditional furniture, but there is something about a custom built wooden bed or wood furniture that just makes the place feel that more comfortable. I love the rustic look, which usually invokes warm and inviting feelings. And if there is a wood burning fireplace that is just icing on the cake. You’d be surprised to know that my home is nothing like that. There are some rustic elements like my oak dining room table, but for the most part, my house is decorated in a contemporary and modern way. Perhaps that is why I love a log cabin with custom built furniture so much because it is completely different from my home. I also like natural wood furniture because it feels less generic and more authentic. Traditional furniture usually have no unique features and are usually mass produced. This means that you will have the same furniture as thousands of people across the nation. And while nothing is wrong with that because as long as the furniture is built well and it looks great, then they will continue to sell. Eventually, my plan is to invest in a log cabin of my own, and at that point, I will definitely adorn it with nothing but custom built furniture.
