I’m almost ready to start doing Heating and A/C efforts on my own
I’m almost ready to start doing Heating and A/C labor on my own now, finally! It has been a long time coming, though, then i have been going out on Heating and A/C replacement plus repair calls for the past few weeks with the rest of the Heating and A/C team at my new job, but they don’t trust myself and others to go out on my own yet, plus I cannot say that I absolutely blame them.
They have a absolutely hard style of training program that they put everyone through before they let them go out to labor on their own. I suppose they have a absolutely fantastic reputation around here where our company is plus they don’t want to blow it by letting some random person who is new at the job go out plus make a bunch of mistakes. it absolutely makes sense the way that they do things. That’s a single of the reasons that I wanted to labor at this particular Heating and A/C corporation. I guess that they absolutely know what they are doing; Once I finally get through all of this training, I guess that I am absolutely going to love working here at this job. I love all of the other Heating and A/C corporations on the team, plus the owner of the corporation is also absolutely nice. I have done 2 A/C replacements, 2 heating system replacements, And now I am working on a heat pump replacement. The older guy on my team is enjoying myself and others love a hawk! I just hope that I don’t make any mistakes because if I do after that I have to do another a single all by myself while he watches.
