Improving air quality in our home

We bought a house with no HVAC installation in the kitchen, which was a disaster because we use the kitchen often.

I post many food pictures, which means I have to cook a lot to get enough content to post. We’d also need a quality air conditioner for the garage and basement, which I intended to turn into storage and office spaces. I didn’t know which I would use more, so I wanted both of them equipped with quality HVAC equipment for improved air quality and to give me the freedom of choice of office once we settled in. I researched to learn more about air conditioning options that would cover my needs. Still, every good advice ended with a disclaimer that I should hire an air conditioning provider or visit an air conditioning company for more reliable information. The a/c serviceman assessed the property and recommended that a multi-split air conditioning system would solve my troubles. The splits could easily be directed to the three spaces because they are close together, and our basement has a small window. We’d also get a thermostat for each area to have more control of the temperatures depending on the season’s weather conditions. I trusted the air conditioning technician was guiding me toward the best decision because I did not want to deal with air conditioning repair drama. Our installation was successful, and the kitchen has become bearable to work in for hours. I have only used the garage as my office since the basement still serves as storage for our stuff, and I got the best deal the cooling industry could offer. We have scheduled the HVAC maintenance with the rest of the ducted unit, and it’s manageable.
