Jimmy would handle the door installation tomorrow
Jimmy is a wonderful guy.
I’ve known him for years, and continued to hire his services.
See, we live in a small town, and in this place, a handyman is king. We were fortunate to have Jimmy around when we were kids. Mom was a single mother working non-stop, so she needed help with things around the house. This is when she came to know JImmy, and he was always in our house fixing things. The first time mom hired him was to install a deck in our home. We’d had plans for deck installation for the longest time but mom was too busy to do it. My uncle also spoke about setting up the deck since mom already had the plans. But, he had to move away for work and that’s how the deck installation plans stalled. Then, one spring, a friend introduced mom to Jimmy, and he did the best job. He also helped with some window replacement to help with insulation in the house. It became quite common for mom to hire Jimmy to handle general contracting jobs at home, and this went on for decades. Even now that I own my house, he still does an excellent job. Last month, I wanted to do some window installation in the new shed we built out back. Jimmy came through and completed the task quite efficiently. We still have some more work to be done and will be seeing him soon. For example, the shed is split into two rooms and Jimmy will come to handle a door installation job tomorrow.
