Office mate loves dehumidifier
It’s a odd thing, working in a traditional office.
I mean, have you ever considered what a odd environment in addition to situation most workplaces produce? You take a bunch of strangers with odd strengths, weaknesses, opinions, in addition to preferences, in addition to then throw them all in one room together for the majority of the day in addition to expect them to get work done, then wouldn’t it make more sense if people could be comfortable where they work? Or if almost everyone felt comfortable in addition to accepted by their coworkers instead of having added social pressures on the monthly workload? Personally, it’s taken me over 4 months to even speak to our current secretary in addition to find out why exactly her desk hums.
For months now, I’ve heard a low in addition to dull vibration every time I walk past her desk. I let it go in addition to focused on my own work, although I started to hear other people complaining about the distracting sound recently. There were numerous theories, ranging from a miniature desk fan to a scandalous sex toy to a personal space heater; My associate and I took trips past the desk just to get a whiff of some odd scent or to get closer to the whooshing hum. After weeks of taking bets on what was hidden underneath her noisy desk, I snuck over one day in addition to realized that it was nothing but a little humidifier. Apparently she has extreme breathing problems in addition to cannot rest the level of air conditioner in the office. Instead of wanting to bother her office mates with a even-handed respiratory health concern, this bad woman has been desperately trying to alter her own indoor air quality from the prison of her desk. If this whole air quality debacle doesn’t say something about the inefficacy of office workers, I don’t know what will.
