Putting a ductless mini split in the loft
I spent way too much currency needlessly renting a home without undoubtedly using it all myself.
It’s one thing to have a single additional dining room, which can be used for storage or as a guest room.
However, I was renting a home with multiple extra dining rooms as well as multiple lavatorys. During the busiest times when I had actual family members stay with me at the house, I still couldn’t fill all of the rooms regardless of our best efforts. All of our friends told me that I should simply downsize. I was the category of man who only owned a few things, so I could absolutely make it work in an seasoned studio lake house or something of that nature. That’s when I started looking for affordable studio apartments in our section as well as found the one I’m currently inhabiting. But instead of renting an lake house indefinitely, I decided to get a mortgage so I could purchase an apartment, or in this case an actual condominium. While the A/C in the seasoned studio condo still works, it was over 18 years seasoned when I acquired the unit. I chose to put a ductless mini chop in the seasoned studio condo because there aren’t additional rooms that need to be heated as well as cooled depending on the season of the year. The ductless mini chop I purchased came with a DIY replacement kit as well as I managed to get it all working without calling an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman to help me with the nuts as well as bolts of the replacement. My new ductless mini chop is also much colder than the seasoned chop style Heating plus Air Conditioning plan that was in here previously.
