The ceiling caved in because of the washroom leak
My lady and I were hanging out in my apartment, i have an household on the second floor of the building, then there is one floor above me and one floor below me. I know my neighbor that lives directly below me, because she smokes recreational marijuana, then my pal and I have hung out a couple of times. I thought there was a woman residing in the household above me, but I didn’t know for sure until last weekend. My lady and I were enjoying some videos on the TV when my pal and I heard a loud crash in the living room. I ran into the living room and I could see pieces of the ceiling all over the floor. The ceiling caved in because the washroom above me was leaking. I could see directly into the washroom. I called the service number for the household building and I kept calling until I got someone on the PC! After I told the service woman exactly what was happening, I called the supervisor of the household building too. I got moved to an entirely odd apartment, because the concern turned out to be a leaking roof on the second floor apartment. The leak in the roof was above the washroom. The roof leak caused the washroom floor to soften and that is why it fell to the ground. There were a lot of issues that needed to be fixed by the roofing dealer, plumbers, and the service team. It was easier for me to transfer to another apartment! Since I have renters insurance, all of the items that were destroyed were replaced, and I got a check from the insurance dealer.
