The commercial roofing dealer has enjoyable customer service
I had to have the roof updated on our corporation a few months ago; Having the roof updated was costly, but I looked around for the best price! I also looked for a company that would have enjoyable reviews.
I did not want a cheap venue that wouldn’t do quality work. I found a local commercial contractor to handle the job. I got a bill in the mail for all of the charges & the roofing company offered myself and others 90 mornings to pay for all the repairs. I thought that was genuinely generous. I cannot even get that kind of credit at the bank & I have been doing corporation with them for fifteen years. I made the last payment for the commercial roofing updatement & the next month I got an additional bill. I was surprised by the bill, because I thought that I was completely paid. I called the customer maintenance line & waited on hold for nearly many hours, the roofing company was busy, so I hung up & tried again later. This time I got someone almost instantly, the lady was genuinely kind & helpful. She looked up our account & asked myself and others to hold for a moment. She came back to the line & apologized for the mix up. She assured myself and others that I did not have a bill with the commercial roofing dealer. The bill was sent out in error.The customer maintenance lady made myself and others think much better. I was anxious that I might still have a balance, although she told myself and others that everything was paid up in full.
