The contractor was offering HVAC and plumbing services
I was in charge of the HVAC system, which was almost non-existent in the farmhouse.
I hadn’t lived in the country in a long time, and I was in for a rude awakening. I was one of those kids who wished to get away from my neighborhood as a child. It was primarily a farming community with large dairy farms, and everything in the community revolved around milk and farming crops to meet the demand for grains. When I was a kid, I enjoyed helping my mother, mother, and grandmother on the farm. However, adolescence brought with it makeup and a desire to live in the city beneath the bright lights. So I chose a university far away and only returned to the farm on occasion. After 16 years, I was tired of the chaos of city life and yearned for the peace of a rural home. When the pandemic struck, I saw it as a sign to leave my uptown home and look for a farm with a house and about 10 acres of land. I didn’t return home, but rather to a strange state where I found the exact space. The only problem was that this house needed to be updated. I was in charge of the HVAC system, which was almost non-existent in the farmhouse. The previous owners relied on a window air conditioner in the summer and a large wood stove in the winter. But, because I wanted to add a modern touch to my home, I chose a boiler and an air conditioner. I found a local HVAC contractor in the area who provided both HVAC and plumbing services and was ideal for all of the upgrade tasks.
