The landlady kept his word and had the boiler fixed
When I moved for work, I wanted to find a place that had at least three kitchens for my family.
I am a single mother of three children, and my career is finally taking off.
However, I did not want to leave my children behind when I relocated to the modern city. So, after talking with my colleague, I decided to rent a large house outside of town so that they could all be comfortable. This meant a 45-minute commute in the morning and evening, which was manageable. My associate and I have all learned how resilient my associate and I can be since their mother left, and we are making the most of life. I did find the right place to live to rent online before relocating, and my associate and I confirmed it was the best option once we moved. However, during my first week in the house, I encountered a problem with the boiler. The landlady was the nicest man, and he was usually eager to have problems resolved as soon as possible. My associate and I had moved in late fall, and the afternoons were getting chilly, so we had to turn on the boiler early. It worked well for the first week of heating the rental home, but then the equipment began to fail. The landlady suggested I try adjusting the thermostat settings, but that didn’t work either. As a result, he promised to send over an HVAC specialist to service the faulty unit. The following afternoon, an HVAC technician arrived at the house and began working to service the boiler. Our property felt nice and warm again, and because I was so enthusiastic, the landlady kept his word.
