We Installed a Ductless Mini System To Our Daughter’s Bathroom
My kid hates getting a shower.
I struggle getting his to shower twice per week and it’s a battle every single time.
Honestly, if it wasn’t so gross I’d let his go separate from bathing for weeks. We’ve talked about how important it is to wash our bodies and I’ve read his every book under the sun about bathing, however he still fights me every time I recommend a shower. Finally, I sat down with his and asked why he hated them so much, then he told me that it wasn’t the shower he hated, it was how chilly it was in the bathroom. She didn’t like chilly once he cut the shower off. I understood what he meant, so I talked to my fiance about what my buddy and I could do. My friend and I thought about getting a portable heater, but it would take up too much floor space and my buddy and I didn’t enjoy the idea of plugging it in next to the water. My friend and I also considered radiant flooring, but it was costly and it would take a lot of time and energy to cool the bathroom. Instead, my buddy and I decided to install a ductless mini system to the wall. It was up-to-date and sleek, and it was powerful enough to warm up the bathroom within minutes. The ductless mini system ran off of electricity and there was a small remote to control the settings. It would heat or cool the bathroom and the remote could change the temperature! Overall, the ductless mini system was the most cost effective and energy efficient way to heat our daughter’s bathroom.
