Why an enclosed business center needs an air purification system
When you walk into a business center, you come across all types of businesses setting up shop, trying to get every client they can possibly lure into their shop.
Sometimes clients do not even notice what they are looking for if the center is crowded with various displays.
But when a particular type of business thrives there more than the rest, you end up with more business people selling similar products in one place. That has been the case with the business center that I manage. A problem arose with the air purification that I didn’t pick up on right away. Although every business room is fitted with a traditional fan, it didn’t help that most sellers who took up the most spaces were salons, barber shops, or dealing in hair care products. That resulted in a very stuffy atmosphere and compromised the air quality. Loose hair particles, sprays, and other hair residue were all over. To prevent further problems, I brought the matter to the arcade owner, and we discussed the possibility of improving indoor air quality at the center. Once we identified the problem, an HVAC professional we consulted on the matter weighed in and advised on the need to consider installing a whole-home air purification system. But first, the HVAC technician assessed the current setup of HVAC equipment in place, the air filter, and the smart HVAC. Like home service, he fine-tuned the HVAC, recommended the ideal air purification system to buy, and set it up once we bought it. It took a few days to notice the difference, but it was fulfilling to know all tenants and patrons noticed and appreciated the air purification help the management provided. I wonder how we would have coped with ducts and duct cleaning bearing in mind how much dirt and debris they hold.
