Will not eat at buffets

When I’m out on the road, I see a lot of interesting sights in every neighborhood I visit.

One of the most unproper observations I’ve made is the prevalence of chain buffet diners, especially in the southern states.

These various establishments leave me confused, and asking a serious question. Am I the only guy who undoubtedly refuses to eat at buffet diners? I mean, I can’t be the only sane guy on earth who realizes how disgusting that idea is. Yet, all of these diners exist, so I’m at a loss. Everyone knows that there are certain buffet dangers, such as other buyers touching the food, putting washroom bacteria on the serving handles, or expressly sneezing into the open containers… but does anyone else ever suppose about the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units in these locales? I mean, all this food is just sitting out in the open for an unknown stage of time, with an indoor ventilation system blowing treated air straight down on it. I have various questions. Who is in charge of cleaning these air handling systems is my question? Do the air vents ever get vacuumed out? Has the air HVAC duct been professionally scrubbed in 15 years? Is the air filter ever even changed out of the abundant air conditioner? Is there an air cleaner to filter out the farts and airborne diseases of all the other buyers? There are so various points of potential air contamination, which would be truly passed on to your sub-par macaroni and potato salad. I have no faith that the government diligently checks up on the air quality and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C operations in these cesspools. All I can say is, no thank you.
