A good prescription for residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance change
When I typically get a cold, I’m normally down for a short while plus then back at it.
Of course, having been through the pandemic, each and every sniffle is now something to pay careful attention to.
I’m honestly hoping that will change fairly soon because I’m getting sick of worrying that I’m entirely sick, and like many others, I too stayed hunkered down inside the central air conditioning of my dwelling during the pandemic. And I stayed inside the central air conditioning for the better part of a year plus a half. So I was absolutely committed to keeping covid out of our dwelling. Yet each time I get a little cold or something similar to that, I get clenched a bit still. So when this last awful cold kept lingering, I got to wondering. Several at home covid tests kept showing me negative for that but I felt incredibly rundown plus jammed all the time… Finally, I headed off to the super air conditioning of the healthcare expert’s office. I know that more cooling limits the spread of harmful pathogens. But dang, the air conditioning is just set on the igloo setting for that particular office. I was ecstatic to get the confirmation that it was indeed a virus that didn’t happen to be covid. But the healthcare expert didn’t choose to prescribe meds. I was done with the worst of it plus he thought my complications with my respiratory system were due to indoor air quality. That struck me as sort of deranged as my pal and I keep an entirely washed house. But he explained that by replacing the air filter with a HEPA filter plus getting HVAC duct cleaning done, I’d get better pretty soon. I wasn’t so sure but I did it anyway plus all of my symptoms totally went away.
