Discussing with our cooling technician why the electric heat pump will be a great solution to our Airbnb

Some time back, I saw a report saying that Airbnb would help hosts acquire and install electric heat pumps in their properties.

Mine does not fall within those that will be picked for the cooling technology upgrade, so I decided to find a cooling specialist and get on how to find one for myself.

I have two rental properties, and both need to be equipped with similar cooling equipment. It may seem like a quick and expensive decision, but in the past few years, clients have started to prioritize whether the host offers reliable climate control or helps with indoor comfort when they are looking for places to stay over at. I had tried other means of keeping my clients comfortable, but I needed help to compete with businesses with an electric HVAC installation. The local service provider agreed with my sentiments when I shared my reason for signing up for their pay-in-installations option that would allow me to purchase the cooling unit without paying upfront. I devised a payment plan based on the number of clients I expect to get from past experiences. The only cost I would have to pay upfront would be the installation costs that the HVAC contractor made me aware of are the fees needed for the cooling technician. It’s only two months since we closed the deal with the HVAC business owner, and the two houses were installed with the equipment. While I have yet to finish paying off the equipment cost, I hope it will draw in more clients soon. With the business getting a little more difficult to run, keeping up with the competition and what clients want is easier.
